11/21/2017: I am giving a talk on reverse-engineering and enhancing human intelligence at DeepMind in London.

11/13/2017: I presented our cognitive tutor and research on to-do list gamification at JDM in Vancouver.

06/19/2017: Submitted two JDM abstracts: The first one presents our intelligent brain training system and the second shows that optimal gamification can help people procrastinate less.

06/15/2017: Submitted grant proposal on optimal gamification.

06/13/2017: We gave a talk and presented 5 posters at RLDM.

06/05/2017: I gave an invited talk about accelerating cognitive plasticity with optimal feedback at Neuroscape.

04/11/2017: CogSci has accepted our paper on discovering rational heuristics by solving meta-level MDPs as a talk, and our paper on enhancing metacognitive reinforcement learning and our paper on the computational complexity of goal management have been accepted as posters.

04/10/2017: All six RLDM abstracts have been accepted and our work on modeling and enhancing metacognitive reinforcement learning has been selected for an oral presentation.

04/02/2017: Our article "Empirical evidence for resource-rational anchoring and adjustment" has been accepted by Psychonomic Bulletin & Review.

12/09/2016: Our abstract "Optimal gamification makes good decisions easier" has been accepted for presentation at the Fifth World Congress on Positive Psychology.

11/22/2016: Back from the annual meeting of the society for judgment and decision-making. I presented a poster on how people learn to make rational use of fallible heuristics and gave a talk on utility-weighted sampling.

05/08/2016: We submitted our paper "Strategy selection as rational metareasoning."

04/19/2016: We have submitted our paper "Over-representation of extreme events in decision-making reflects rational use of cognitive resources"

04/05/2016: Our CogSci paper on Optimal gamification has been accepted.
