Instructions for submission

We invite researchers to submit abstracts for talks and poster presentations on any topic related to embodied and situated language processing, as well as the interaction between language and vision. We especially welcome submissions related to this year's theme of socially situated language processing.

The submission deadline is April 30th 2019, 11:59 pm in the authors' time zone.

The new and final submission deadline is May 6th 2019, 11:59 pm Anywhere on Earth (UTC−12:00)


Authors will be notified around the beginning of June.

Abstracts must:

  • not exceed one DINA4 Page in PDF format, including references and figures
  • be written in Arial font, 11 point size, leaving one-inch margins on all sides
  • be written in English
  • include a clear title but no identifying author information
  • follow the structure provided by the template below
