I am a beginner in this field of empathy and so I decided tht the first step to promote empathy in Audifarma, the organisation I work for as head of the human development Dept, was to draw a base line.
For that purpose we are currently conducting a study oriented to find answers to three questions:
1)What organisational elements are considered to obstacle the empathy among us?
2) What organisational elements are considered to facilitate the empathy among us? and
3)what do you recommend for the company to have more empathy?
Said questions were asked to employees, customers and people who receive the services from the organisation. In this moment we are in the analysis of the information that was gathered and hope to have the results and proposals for actions on the next setps by mid october.
