Elaine Togneri has over forty published short stories in markets ranging from webzines and anthologies (When a Stranger Comes to Town, The Rich and The Dead, Blood on Their Hands) to major magazines (Woman’s World). She is also published in non-fiction and poetry. Elaine holds an MA in English from Rutgers University and has taught courses in English Composition, Technical Writing, and Short Fiction. She is a member of MWA and SinC. The founder and a past president of the Sisters in Crime - Central New Jersey chapter, Elaine relocated to Florida in 2007.
