Check the colour of the rhizome. Curcuma caesia or Curcuma zanthorrhiza It is not C.caesia. Colour of rhizome/bulb is white with yellow ring, I think Attachments (1) - 3 mb. Since the rhizome is ivory coloured it may be Curcuma picta. I have deleted the earlier mail with plant and inflorescence. PL. forward the same.
