Someone told me that it is a ELACH (cardamom) plant. Around 3 to 4 ft tall, a tufted kind of plant, leaves are about 2 ft long. Is it Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton?

It is difficult to identify in the  veg. stage. Hope it may be Alpinia calcarata.
