Araliaceae?
To me it seems to be Ailanthus grandis (BORPAT in Assam and DIANGCHAO in Khasi).
Fruits are not same. Fruit of A. grandis is winged (samara). ?
No more comments.
Perhaps Meliosma? Doesn't look Araliaceae to me.
