Why this shape of your fruit image looks different from images at Prunus domestica

Fruit shape, size and colour varies with the cultivars. Many local and improved cultivars are available. In my case, these fruits are very young, hardly 15-20 days old. Later, they become nearly round in shape. This cultivar has purplish mesocarp.

Are these Prunus domestica blossoms? This tree was in front of a house across the road so I am not sure if it was cultivated. But I have seen these blossoms in the wild too. The other white blossoms we have is of the Pyrus pashia.
Please advise.
