Halerpestes sarmentosa?
Halerpestes sarmentosa correctly known as H. salsuginosa is a very delicate herb with stolons rooting at nodes and very small leaves not exceeding 15 mm in length.

Pls check Ranunculus brotherusii
The leaves in Ranunculus brotherusii are much different, deeply 3-lobed or even ternate with narrow segments. Here they are nearly unlobed
