Although leaves are not very clear, but in third photograph three leaflets can be seen. Also the flowers are large (at least more than 2.5 cm), on long stalks and appear solilary. All this points to C. montana, as suggested by ... C. gouriana has pinnate to bipinnate leaves and much smaller flowers (hardly 1 cm across), pale yellow in colour and crowded in panicles. From your mail it appears to me that you think it is something similar to C. montana but not exactly the species. As per FoC at least three var. is distributed in India - 1) var. brevifolia 2) montana and 3) longipes. The third one has larger leaf and flowers. And C. montana can have obovate sepals with rounded to emarginate apices. Please check probability of C. montana var. longipes based on your flower and leaf size. Thank you very much ...
