No idea about family

Rubiaceae family?

not rubiaceae

its not match sir, now confused in decide family

once decide family then no problem for genus or sp
Can this be Anagallis minima (L.) E.H.L.Krause (Primulaceae) ?

It should be Anagallis pumila, having longer pedicels

Agree with ... The long, prominent pedicels in these photographs are indicative of Anagallis pumila Sw. [Primulaceae]. In contrast, the flowers of A. minima are sessile/subsessile with the pedicels either absent or almost inconspicuous (c. 1 mm).

Thank you very much for id,
Dear sir if u have Indentification key Angalis sp plz provide
