Androsace sarmentosa

 
Common Rock Jasmine;
 
Usually a dense white wooly plant with leaves in rosettes, with stolons with reddish hairs, and with an umbel of small bright pinkish flowers born on long flowering stem. Flowers 8mm. Leaves rosette; outer elliptic lanceolate to oblanceolate spreading. Inner much larger and erect.

Androsace sp. photographed from along Budher caves road in Chakrata in September. Looks like A. robusta but not very sure. Please help in ID.

Probably A. sarmentosa (or studiosorum). 
Yes it is looking like Androsace sarmentosa
It is certainly not Androsace robusta (or what was known as this).  Pity images not in focus.  Can you tell me the approx. elevation of the Budher Caves road?
