This herbaceous plant was photographed from Herbal Garden below Cheshmashahi, alt 1800 m in Kashmir. The plant has nearly ovate entire valves almost rounded to truncate base, the leaves appear narrower, lanceolate and somewhat crispate.
Please validate 
To me also it looks like R. crispus.
