The description provided in Fl. China shows slight deviation with the herbarium samples kept in Kew.

To me appears doubtful as per images at Persicaria microcephala Presence of eight stamens (_DSC0398) and truncate ocrea (_DSC0404) are pointing towards Persicaria microcephala (D.Don) H.
