Calligonum polygonoides

The phog plant (Calligonum polygonoides), with its extensive root system, grows on sand dunes and acts as an effective sandbinder. Its leaves serve as fodder for sheep, while its flowers are eaten by the locals. Its roots make excellent firewood and the charcoal produced - which burns with a high intensity - is popular with goldsmiths and ironsmiths.

Bushes found growing in the sand.
Dr .. had identified similar bushes from Rajasthan if I am not wrong, but those had no flowers/pods. They were only bushes.

Calligonum polygonoides
Family: Polygonaceae
Other plant was most probably Capparis decidua. This is a true representation of desert flora.

Clicked these pics in the Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, Jodhpur in March 2018.
They were labelled as 'Calligonum polygonoides' or फोग.
Requested to please validate. Are these fruits?
