Identify this grass sir : 5 posts by 2 authors. Attachments (1)- 3 MB.
Identify this grass sir. Taken at Horsley Hills at 1230 msl.  22-12-2017

It looks like Aristida species; in the absence of description, or detailed image of spike it is difficult to identify
It seems Saccharum bengalense

It seems to be Garnotia elata
This is Garnotia scoparia. This species is included in Garnotia elata in Flora of Madras by Gamble.
