TREE ID---- 17th DECEMBER 2011.-------S.S.------023----N. OF GANTOK:  2 images.
Please can someone id this shrub/ tree.
Pic taken on 8th April 2011.
Just North of GANTOK. SIKKIM. (before the Seven Sisters Waterfall)
Habitat.... Wild besides the road. OR possibly planted near a viewing area.
Tree maybe a large shrub
Flowers ... yellow. See pic.

Any chance of Pittosporum napaulense or Psychotria sp.?
That is really interesting ...
I have been reading up about Pittosporum napaulense.
I am so cross that my pics are not clearer. They do not show enough detail.
But it does look very similar.
I hope someone will be able to confirm.
Sir it is more look like as Pittosporum napaulense
I wish now I had tried to smell the flowers. They are said to be very fragrant.
That would have been conclusive proof.
