S-India, Sri Lanka as per Catalogue of Life;
 

Glabrous vines, tendrils simple, coiled. Leaves to 12 x 10 cm, ovate or deeply 3-5-lobed, terminal lobe 12 x 10 cm, lanceolate, acute, base cordate, membranous, gland at the base of lamina; petiole to 3 cm. Flowers monoecious or polygamo-dioecious, white; calyx tube 3 mm, campanulate, lobes 1 mm; corolla lobes attached to the calyx lobes, 1 mm, oblong; ovary 2 mm, globose, style trifid, stigma papillose, ovules many. Capsule 3 valved, 4 cm across; seeds pitted.
Flowering and fruiting: July-December
Semi-evergreen and dry deciduous forests

Pl find attached photos of a climber. The leaf shape looks like a spade. The inflorescence borne on the tendrils. 
It was observed in Thirumoorthy Hills, Tamilnadu, a dry deciduous forest.

This is Adenia wightiana of Passifloraceae.

Kindly identify this Cucurbitaceae member

Date/Time- 25.12.2018 & 04.30 PM

Location- Seshachalam Hills, Tirupati & Altitude – 170 m

Habitat- Wild

Plant Habit- Climber

Height/Length- up to 2 m

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Lower leaves are much dissected and upper leaves are simple.

Inflorescence Type – Not seen

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- Berry type, small, Red when it ripens.

Other Information: Tendrils simple,  leaf margin entire

I could not find a match as per comparative images at Cucurbitaceae

Leaves in IMG_3055.JPG remind me of Menispermaceae, may be some Cyclea sp. ... but I may be wrong.
