Flowers deep brownish red, from the base of pseudobulbs; bracts 6 x 7 mm, suborbicular, retuse, denticulate; sepals united to form a campanulate tube, 14 x 6 mm, saccate at base, 3-lobed at apex, densely papillose outside; lobes ovate, acute; petals 8 x 3 mm, subfalcately spathulate, acute, papillose; lip 5 x 4 mm, panduriform, 3-lobed, toothed; lateral lobes erect, ovate, obtuse; midlobe suborbicular, obtuse, denticulate, papillose.
