This is Pholidota imbricata.
Pholidota pallida and Pholidota imbricata are very much different from each other. The lateral sepals are connate at the base in Pholidota pallida. To me this is P. imbricata as in many of the closeups you can actually see them separate.
..., please, look at the flower on the lower right hand side of the stalk. Both lateral sepals are very much separate!! Even the bulbs are much elongated and glabrous in P. pallida.
I was using both name as synonyms (I shall provide reference for this later).
But, now, I am sure that they are not synonymous.

Further, I think, the identification by .. is correct and please ignore my id.
I think the picture in ... Photo stream in the following link would also be P.imbricata.

If flower picture is available then it would be easy to confirm the same.

TSPOCT2015-13: Images of Pholidota pallida shared : 3 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (5)
It is my pleasure to share a few images of Pholidota pallida (Orchidaceae)
Habit: Epiphytic
Habitat: Moist deciduous and semi-evergreen forests.

Sighting: Kalasa, Chikmagalur, Karnataka, about 1300 msl
Date:01-07-2015
There is a basic difference between Pholidota imbricata and Pholidota pallida. The two lateral sepals are fused on the back in pallida and they are free in imbricata. If you look at the fourth picture you can see free sepals below the labellum, hence this should be imbricata.
Thanks for sharing these beautiful pictures.

Pholidota imbricata Lindl. : 1 post by 1 author. Attachments (10)
The two species Pholidota pallida and P. imbricata are really confusing but the explanation provided by ... is very good. But still, I feel there should be more prominent distinguishing characters to be highlighted which would help the scholars in finding the real difference between the two. I have also seen numbers of reputed publication stating those as synonyms.
Let me share one incident where my Paper got rejected with the reason - it's not properly identified!
So, I request all the experts in Orchidaceae to please take part in the discussion and similarly help me in finding the correct id for the species. I am attaching the photographs.

It is Pholidota imbricata.
