Please help with the ID of this ornamental orchid, perhaps a Phalaenopsis, clicked from a store in Fremont, California on October 25, 2016.
Yes sir this is Phalaenopsis hybrid. Dont know the exact name.
I am no good for hybrid identification.
There are a few similar photographs labelled as Tiger Orchid Phalaenopsis, but name Tiger Orchid, I hope belongs to other genera.
Tiger orchid is refereed to more than one species and more than one genera. There is no rule for applying a name to a hybrid and hence tiger orchid Phalaenopsis or Phalaenopsis 'Tiger Orchid' may be an accepted name for a hybrid.
