This species is Phaius luridus Thwaites
Phaius luridus is a plant from south India. this pic is from NE India.

Yes sir, I am going through the plant in Mishmi hills and also found in Assam (Lakhapani reserve forest- Very rare) it is very much differ from Phaius tankervilleae and also flowering. Resemblance with Phaius luridus.
Phaius tankervilleae is higly variable, being so wide spread. we have many plants here and if i look at them, I feel like there are 3 different species, but no, they all are one!!!
Thanks Sir, for your valuable information. I am sending you one plane. please go through it...
This is Phaius tankervilleae!! close to Phaius wallichii, but I have seen too many of both and I consider them as same!!! Spur length, colour, labellum, they all vary !!!
