It is a vanda or ascocenda hybrid with a lot of V. coerulea in it but definitely not a pure V. coerulea. The plant looks like it is dehydrated. If it were me, I would have removed the spike to save the plant as flowers need a lot of water to maintain themselves and will further dehydrate the plant. This is surely an Ascocenda hybrid. Looks like an Ascocenda to me as there is no true red colour in Vanda. It could also be a Kagawara (Renanthera x Ascocentrum x Vanda) but I would need a closer look at the lip to confirm. As for mokara, usually they have thinner floral segments, but these days they are being bred back into vandas to get a rounder shape so that possibility also exists.
