I too think this as Eulophia herbacea. Cool colours. Really these were a pleasant surprise, and somewhere around this sighting were Eulophia ochreata too. Both these made my day. Very interesting and beautiful pic. I am always confused with this. This surely looks like Eulophia herbacea but doesnt match with the herbacea I shared before.
