Eria sp. flowering: Photographed at my farm at Shahapur earlier this month. Unfortunately couldn't observe it in full bloom as the inflorescence was destroyed in thundershowers. Presume this is Eria dalzelli.

Are those four leaves on one stem?

This should be Eria spicata or something close.
