Dendrobium herbaceum Lindl. at Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary on 05 NOV 11 Yes very pretty and may be the smallest flower on the longest stems. We have two forms in Jharkhand, one with red-brown stem like this and another with yellow-green stem. Beautiful find. Some description from different sources:
