Present pic taken at Lantau Island in Hong Kong on vertical rocky cliffs.

Just wanted to share. After taking the last pic, I moved towards the side to get down the huge rocky cliff and fell on a tree and then on ground!! To my surprise, no bones were broken and no scratch on the body, but I was too scared and was shivering on the thought of it. In the front was a deep gorge which was surely deadly enough.

This is one memorable plant for me.

The last pic had Dr. Stephan W. Gale [author of Orchidaceae in Flora of China; A.Q.Hu (Daisy) and Dr. Huarong Zhang on the back].


Orchids can be seen in the last pic in the centre on rocks below tree bushes....
Adventurous. ..., I hope U all R taking all necessry safety precautions while photographing on such tricky sites.

Yes I am cautious during field work, afterall I worked in Jharkhand forests for 6 years :P... Just that luck was in my favour that I didnt die hehehe...
