This plant was shot from the lawn of a community park, but it was in along the bank of River Ganga. Hope to find exact id soon.. It is not epilobium may be ludwigia sp. Does not seem to match with any species of Ludwigia as per comparative images and details herein. I think close to Oenothera affinis as per Thank you very much ... for floating this post again..
