I have seen a ficus tree in Peddamandyam mandal, Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Please find attached the pictures.

All photographs are confirmed as Ficus mollis Vahl
Ficus mollis Vahl

Is it Ficus druacea (Mysore Fig) studded in the Bhongir fort, AP. Pictures taken on 6/12/08.

Yes ..., I believe it to be Ficus drupacea (stressing on its typical leaf shape)
(I assume there is a spelling error, and that must have been inadvertently copy/pasted in all instances ).

If you have taken the pic in Bhongir fort then it is definitely not F.drupacea! The leaf is not clear in the pic. Most probably it may be F.mollis.
here are another 2 images of Ficus mollis.

Ficus mollis (?) in Keesaraguda, AP on 21/6/09. It appears to be an old & big tree.
Yes ... your plant is Ficus mollis

yes it is found in Hoshangabad and almost in entire M.P.
Mostly it on the rocks or on hill slopes

It seems so as it appears same as in my pictures.

Thanks ... It is known as Kathpeepal कठपीपल in my state and this tree is worshiped.I am forwarding more images.
