... looks like Oldenlandia corymbosa (family: Rubiaceae).

I suspect a mixing up of two plants..
Now me too think the same ...
OR may be my guess is misleading - perhaps the plant with flower is Glinus oppositifolius.
But these are my guesses.
There are two plants here, the flower belongs to Glinus sp and the prostrate plant is Hedyotis sp.
