that's the first thing that came to mind. i was trying to grow one many years ago from a sapling they sold from an assamese nursery at the flower show at the horticulture. but after about two years it died. so did not get to see any flowers or fruits. had done some research then....===
but in your case do you have pictures of the stem and bark?
ps cant make up my mind just yet
