On 11/10/09 in Ananthagiri HIll forest in Rangareddy district of Andhra Pradesh.

Correct spellings should be Aspidopterys cordata

On further checking, I found it matching with Aspidopteris cordata as per details below & as per Shrikant ji's book:
(Flora of Eastern Ghats: Hill ranges of south east India By T. Pullaiah, D.Muralidhara Rao)
In view, I take this as final Id.

Could this also be the same as what ... has posted for ID as Aspidopteris cordata. This was seen at the national park in Mumbai on 25 Oct '09. Request ID for the same please. Thank you.
I think it's Aspidopterys cordata only as per my earlier thread
Thank you ... for confirming the ID. It matches well with the link ID.
Photographed at my farm at Shahapur on Sunday (19.10.10). Please identify this climber. It had climbed to the top of one of my Chamoli [Bauhinia foveolata] trees [which itself has flower-buds]. Sending a few photographs - the last one is taken by my friend Jayesh Timbadia.

May be Bauhinia vahlii. Climber from Bauhinia having bigger leaf size.
Thank you ... for you comments but the climber in question does not have 2-lobed leaves as is seen in most Bauhinias.
Here is some from me. Leaves are quite similar.
Aspidopteris cordata of Malpighiaceae. Watch for fruits of round samaras.
