It is.... Rotala fimbriata of Lythraceae

Thank you ... for identifying. I got confirmation from BSI CNH also. Thank you ... for your concern. Finally its confirmed that its Rotala fimbriata.

Does not match with images of Rotala fimbriata as identified earlier.

Should be some other species of Rotala.
