This must be false heather. Cuphea hyssopifolia, native of Central America, cultivated elsewhere as ornamental.
Flower colour ranges from pink to white.

For me 'yes' - Cuphea hyssopifolia. I too have this plant in my home garden.
This is a very good plant for ground cover. It flowers profusely when planted in a sunny position.

I find these tiny flowers growing on the walls. I have seen them at 1500m and today at 1750m in Mcleodganj. Could this be a Cuphea sp.? Is it a wild flower? Please advise.

Cuphea hyssopifolia is a small tropical evergreen sub-shrub with many charming attributes including compact form and fine textured foliage. In tropical areas Cuphea hyssopifolia is a perfect choice as a permanent evergreen groundcover. Prefers well drained fertile soil. Foliage color is prettiest when grown in broken shade. When grown as a house plant provide lots of bright light but protect from direct sunlight. Large clumps may be divided. It is easily grown from seed planted in spring.
