The specific epithet itself suggests the shape of leaves. I also think it should be E. parasitica as per keys & illustration at: Macrosolen capitellatus. I Think this is a Macrosolen capitellatus. the bracts are tubular and connate. the corolla tube is less than 2 cm long. in Elytranthe the corolla tube is longer.
