This should be some Lindernia. Lindernia grandiflora To me it appears more as Lindernia crustacea (L.) F. Muell. Very common in Arunachal Pradesh. I am not sure but the upper lip character seems to be variable.. According to Flora of China .........upper lip ovate, sometimes shallowly 2-lobed.
