Nice plate ..., with Utricularia sp, but if possible you can post separately,

Thant plant with yellow flowers is Utricularia sp. (insectivorous/ carnivorous plant).

The other plant may be aquatic stage of Limnophila.

This is not Hydrilla, It is Utricularia species, very nice, thank you
