Please help to id this plant saw today (1.7.14) at SGNP, Borivali.......

difficult to say whether it is a shrub or a tree as there were 3 to 4 of these at one place about 7/8 feet tall but with distinct long leaves in whorl and its trunk about 3 inches in diameter.

It could be Litsea glutinosa,
