A cultivated potted plant seen in March,16.
Lamiaceae?
Probably a Verbenaceae member
Verbenaceae. Check for Nepeta species. Also check for closure to Mentha related species though I am not sure. 
Just a guess....could be Heliotropium arborescens?
Looks more like a kind of mint . 
Could be a species of Plectranthus ? (Toptropicals)
