It is true infl. is different, but my experience shows in the cultivated plants, after frequent pruning the branching changes in many species including in Ocimum. Possibility of that change in this also. But i grow basil and tulsi several types and all thru the summer pisk them inflorescence may be shorter but never does it become globose and change from white flowers to pink-mauvish ... |
