Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-shrub

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Velvety, serrated, about 5-8x4-6 cm

Inflorescence Type/ Size- as seen in the photos,

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- 2.5-3.5cm, Yellow

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- Not seen

Going through keys from Flora of Bhutan as at Gomphostemma, ‎I feel it is closer to Gomphostemma melissifolium Wall. ex Benth. as per specimens at GBIF 
I also found it matching as per description in Flora of Bhutan.
