Clerodendrum kaempferi (= C. japonicum) of Verbenaceae, another interesting plant of N.E.India.
Plant is small (ca 1.5 m) but the leaves and inflorescences are (improportionately) very large, but beautiful!
Every weekend you give us a nice treat of beautiful flowers from NE India. Thanks a lot.

Bengal Plants doesn't feature this, FBI & FI feature; disrtrib. NE region, description appears to tally with the photographs, but without use of ruler can't be ascertained.
