Could be Dichroa febrifuga If this inflorescence is called panicle this is Dichroa febrifuga Lour (FBI has only this), i can see 5 styles in some flowers. This small densely flowered shrub was occasionally found in Pelling area of Sikkim, present shots are from LBG, Darjeeling..
