now that all previous posts from North Bengal have been identified, I am greedily posting more for identification. I have called this Gloxinia simply because it resembles that and my guess is not based on any knowledge. Thanks once again to all for their helpful inputs and expert IDs. I guess this is Common Limnophila i.e. limnophila heterphylla Limnophila heterophylla appears appears to be a different plant as per link It appears to me like Chirita utricifolia as per 'Concise Flowers of Himalayas' from Gloxinia family (Gesneriaceae). Botanist friends tell me that colors are not very important in flower identification (although I find it a bit hard to digest). So, I think it can be safely frozen to Chirita urticifolia.
