Reposting this once again on the occasion of ongoing C & G week.
With calyx tube strongly keeled, it should be Gentiana detonsa var. stacheyi of FBI, now correctly known as Gentianopsis paludosa (Munro ex Hook.f.) Ma. Here is my herbarium from Ladakh collected in 1971 from Drass in Ladakh. I wish we had digital cameras then.

Syn: Gentiana detonsa var. paludosa Munro ex Hook. f.;   
         Gentiana detonsa var. stracheyi Clarke
Erect biennial to perennial herb up to 60 cm tall, usually branched brom base; basal leaves obovate-oblanceolate, cauline opposite, elliptic lanceolate to oblong, distant, 1-4 pairs; flowers blue, tetramerous, 4-6 cm long, terminal on long stalk often elongating to 30 cm; calyx up to 3 cm long, keeled; corolla blue to yellowish white, broadly tubular, lobes oblong, fringed near base; Capsule ellipsoid, as long as corolla, on long stalk.
