I saw this split pod ... i think it had fallen down from somewhere on a karvanda tree in Yeoor region. Is it posible to identify it? Tks.
No size has been mentioned, but this could be Teramnus labialis var. mollis which is often found draped over Karvanda bushes. My photographs of this are available at this link
Sorry, I should have mentioned the size, it is about 5 to 6 cms long and only around 0.5 cms wide. Is that size tallying with the plant you mentioned? Tks again for all your help.
It could be a Vigna species.
