Cassia for ID : Lalbagh,Bangalore : 270512 : AK-1:  Seen this medium sized tree in Lalbagh, Bangalore on the 15th of April,12.
A little different from the ones we usually come across.
... and ... might have an idea to its id.
I am not comfortable with the Id as per the following:

I am not comfortable with the Id as per the following:

This is a spreading, evergreen shrub to small tree.
Leaves are erect, pinnately compound with 3 to 6 pairs of oval leaflets, with a stout gland between the lowest pair only.
Flowers are large, showy and bright yellow.
Fruit is a cylindrical, bean or pod-like, green when immature and straw-coloured when mature.
