Looks like Peltophorum ferrugineum. Nevertheless you need to check all the vegetative and floral characters to confirm as another species is also seen in Lalbagh. Agree with ..., a follow up is really called for floral characteristics may be too late, the flowers are mostly gone with the start of the monsoon, but may still find some fallen to the ground, and if not soggy & mushy. good luck do let us see your follow up photos.
