... looks to me Indigofera species.
other details are required for identification of indigofera sps such as habit erest or difffuse, fruit length, etc.
by this pic it can be guessed as Indigofera glandulosa or I. prostrata
Would also like an ID of the grass in the background, please. Very common but genus/sps required. 
the grass seems to Cynadon dactylon. commonly called Durva grass.
