Bakuchi (Bawchi) and Leucoderma Bawchi i.e. Psoralea corylifoila is well reputed herb for Vitiligo or Leucoderma. Although we are aware of only one type of Bawchi but the Traditional Healers are aware of tens of types of Bawchi. They practice Traditional Allelopathic Knowledge to get Bawchi of desired types. Last week my article (?) on this aspect published in local newspaper.

Came across this Shrub near "Pashan Lake, Pune".
Bot. name: Cullen corylifolia
Family: Fabaceae
Local Marathi name: Bawchi

A wild plant seen today (22.11.20) in Nasik.
This is close to Cullen corylifolium.
But I am unable to find white flowered ones on searching.
There were many plants in that area, with Purple and White flowers on different plants.
